Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. While they do a variety of more complex projects, we engaged them to do a simple repaint of a community pool house. Whole process from getting an estimate to paying the final draw was seamless. Work was done on time and in a quality manner. We appreciated the “real” contract they provided with the estimate that clearly spelled out all the details and expectations for both parties.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great company. Had some initial hesitation but they came through and did everything they said they would. Had a relatively large deck project and they did a great job. Marcelo, the project manager, was on top of it. Thanks!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had my 360 sq ft deck fully reconstructed using Trex composite decking, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The Yanover team rebuilt it to be noticeably more solid than the original, and their design recommendations gave it a contemporary feel I had not expected but love. It actually feels more spacious now too.

Marcelo led the project and was the kind of communicator you hope for but do not always get in home improvement work. Texts were responsive and timely, and the regular progress updates meant I was never left guessing about where things stood or what was coming next.

Oscar and the rest of the on-site crew were skilled and professional throughout, and the project wrapped up within the promised timeframe.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Meticulous workmanship. Used TimberTech Harvest decking and Fortress FE26 railing with PT lattice underpinning. Looks great! Whole process took a bit longer than anticipated, but mostly due to rain and slow inspectors. Not cheap but considerably less than next closest estimate. Overall I am very pleased.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is the 3rd time we’ve have hired Yanover Construction to help make our vision a reality. From the beginning stage with Jay through the construction stage with Marcelo, the project manager, they were always available to answer any questions or make any changes. Marcelo came to the site every day to see the progress. We love our new cook deck, pool pump house, and new stairs. They also painted all our homes trim and installed new gutters. If you want top notch quality work then give these guys a call. You will not be disappointed!

Marcelo was my project manager, very timely, knowledgeable and he listened.
My construction staff was professional and delivered the finished product I wanted, in a timely fashion...I can't overlook, while reviewing, they cleaned after themselves at days end, every day!
I am excited for my next project to get started, I'm only waiting for the quote!
